Heygates Number Two Mini Pellets are a nutrient-rich 2.2mm pellet feed specially formulated to support the growth and development of young pheasants and partridges. Enriched with fish oil and formulated with Avipro Plus and Avatec (coccidiostat), these mini pellets provide balanced protein and energy to help meet the nutritional needs of growing game birds.

The convenient mini pellet size makes them ideal for birds transitioning from starter crumbs or micro pellets to a larger pellet-based diet. Feeding Guide

Pheasants

Typically fed during weeks 2–4, following starter crumbs or micro pellets and before progressing to larger grower pellets.

Recommended usage: 10 bags per 1,000 birds per week.

Partridges

Typically fed during weeks 4–7, following early-stage crumb or micro pellet feeds and before progressing to Partridge Grower Pellets.

Recommended usage: 10 bags per 1,000 birds per week.

Feeding quantities and timings are guidelines and may need to be adjusted according to bird numbers, age, growth rates and management conditions.
