A & P Fast Fibre 20kg

The quick-soak fibre feed for horses and ponies

Fast Fibre is a versatile, highly convenient fibre feed suitable for all horses and ponies. With its unique quick-soaking formula, it can be prepared in just 30–60 seconds, making it an excellent choice for owners looking for a nutritious, easy-to-prepare feed that fits effortlessly into their daily routine.

Formulated to be high in fibre and low in starch and sugar, Fast Fibre is particularly well suited to good-doers and horses that tend to become excitable, even when fed low-energy diets. Its carefully designed recipe provides a fibre-focused feeding option without relying on high levels of starch or sugar.

Fast Fibre is completely free from barley, molasses and alfalfa, making it a useful alternative for owners seeking a feed that avoids these ingredients. It is also suitable for horses and ponies prone to laminitis, although individual dietary requirements should always be considered.

Ideal for Horses with Dental Problems

Fast Fibre's soft, soaked consistency makes it particularly beneficial for older horses and those with dental difficulties who may struggle to chew traditional feeds or forage effectively. Where necessary, it can be used as a partial or complete hay replacer, provided the appropriate feeding quantities and overall nutritional requirements are carefully managed.

Quick and Convenient Preparation

One of the standout benefits of Fast Fibre is its exceptionally quick soaking time. Ready in just 30–60 seconds, it offers a convenient way to provide a fresh, moist fibre feed without lengthy preparation. This makes it particularly useful for busy owners and for horses that benefit from soaked feeds as part of their daily routine.
